I still got about 15kgs I would wanna lose. Havent been really dieting and stuff, but I'm still active..or BARELY active. My only exercise now is boxing. I LOVE BOXING, but I miss lifting weights too....BUT my wrist is still healing from a fracture. And injury sucks. i can't lift weights, but I can do cardio and aerobic exercises. Will up on that intensity.

And yea...this is what I call from shit to fit. But I'm still on the heavier side. Oh well! Jia you!
