Ya la ya la...i editted the yellow and grey...but that's really how you look like when u are unhealthy.
How to look pinkish?
Take lots of antioxidants. Food like BERRIES. RED BEANS. RED KIDNEY BEANS. weird uh...all these foods are of the red shade.
Another thing, exercise. It improves your blood circulation and pump more blood to your arteries, and capillaries to make you look pinkish and u will have that natural blush.
Last thing, DRINK WATER. Drink up. It will give you that natural glow you want and not dry and flaky skin or tight skin.
