Braces!
So I got my braces about a month ago and I just went for my 1st tightening yesterday and today, IT HURTS LIKE HELL. I can't chew, I can't bite down (im not supposed to). But main point is, IT HURTS LIKE HELL. Looks like its gonna be soft foods...I can't even bite my rock melon...:( no fruits...
