The sweet Potato Diet!

So, I am sure you guys have heard of sweet potato. Its a root. Veggie? Fruit?

This baby right here, not only yummy, SWEET its healthy. It IS carbs BUT! Its complex carbs...which means, it doesn't cause a sugar spike and drop unlike rice, noodles, prata....It releases sugar into your body slowly and keep you energetic. Not only that, it has vitamin c, magnesium and iron which is essential to the body and helps keep the stress level at bay because it keeps you calm. Stress=eating more=gaining unwanted weight. So yea, sweet potato is one of the better carbs that you can take if you are like me:A CARB LOVER!!!!!!!!!  I steam my sweet potatoes...OH, and it is good for your skin. 

EAT THE SWEET POTATO!
