Hair growing tips

So I snipped of about 4 inches off my hair last month. And now It has almost grew back.

So that's my sleepy girl, but main focus would be my hair!
And then I sniped the tails off because it was way too dry for my liking due to the bleaching I did
So I went to buy this
IT WORKS! Rating 9/10. lol. Its green and about 2cm long. Not a bad taste but main point is it works.

So this is the before and now:
But my hair behind is still shorter tho...the front is almost back to normal.

TIPS
I'm taking thr GNC Hair, skin and nails formula.
This specialized formula includes substances that are often found in hair, skin, and nails, including 400mcg of biotin.

• Other valuable nutritional benefits include:
- Vitamin A is essential for eye health and normal vision
- B-vitamins are essential for carbohydrate metabolism and energy production
- Vitamin C protects the body against free radical damage; is involved in the synthesis of collagen and is essential for iron absorption
- Natural Vitamin E, the body’s preferred form provides antioxidant support
- Horsetail rush a natural plant source of silica. Silica provides dietary support for resilient bones cartilage, nails and hair
- Biotin supports the healthy matrix of hair, skin and nails

So I take it about 2-3 times a day. 1 tablet each.
Next tip is, If you don't go out, or sweat, DUN WASH YOUR HAIR. Shampooing dries out the natural oil from the scalp and will result in itchy scalp and stuff. At least for me...but I do exercise and stuff so yea I shampoo it. And my shampoo routine goes like: shampoo den conditioner or shampoo den hair treatment.

After my shampoo and bath, i towel dry my hair and put on the DOVE serum.

This serum doesn't make my hair oily like other brands. It really smoothens my hair A LOT.Gives the sleek look. haha.

Another tip, if you are not rushing for time, DO NOT BLOW DRY. The heat spoils the hair. If you really really need to blow dry or whatnots, please use a heat protecting spray or mousse.
