I would eat about 4-5 times a day of these. strictly NO SUGAR, NO OIL
I Would have a cheat day per week whereby i eat basically ANYTHING UNDER THE SUN!
Exercises:
I would go to the gym at least 5-6 times a week. I DO NOT DO CARDIO OFTEN. I HATE CARDIO.
Start with stretching
I do static stretch instead of dynamic stretches because if your muscles are cool and you do dynamic stretches, you may injure yourself by pulling a muscle or straining some ligaments or tendons.
I would do Hamstring stretch, calf stretch, quad stretch, tricep stretch, back stretch as well as my shoulder stretch too.
My workout routine would somewhat look like this:
Bicep curls: 5kgs, 20 reps, 3 sets
Tricep pulldowns: 3 plates, 20 reps, 3 sets
Trapz work: 10kgs, 15 reps, 3 sets
lat pulldowns: 5 plates, 20 reps, 3 sets
leg press: 200kg(full set weight), 15 reps, 3 sets
Squats: empty bar, 15 reps, 1 set, 10kgs, 10reps, 2 sets, RM
Calf raise: 50kgs, 10 reps, 3 sets
After that I would go to my core:
Crunches: 5 sets of 100 reps
Bicycle crunch: 5 sets 30 reps
Leg raises: 5 sets 50 reps
Plank: 1 min
So after my exercise, I would normally go home and cook my salmon and broccoli. I don't really take protein shakes as I can't stand the high sugar taste it gives and I would feel like puking
I always do a full body whack when i gym
On days i feel lethargic, I would do legs. I LOVE LEG DAY!
