So I went to the gym with my bf. I was doing my stuff and he was doing his. LOL.
Anyway this was what I did..(o....its raining heavily)
First I started out with...whut....oh..
2 sets of leg press 450pounds...which is about 204kg...15 reps each
after which i went to do my squats...just normal squats where I put a bosu ball on the ground and squat and touch the ball with my glutes (butt)
After that I did 10 of crunch and stand up. Basically, you have the bosu on the floor, u sit at the edge, do a full extended crunch, and stand up, and sit down and extend your back and crunch up and stand up. whole thing 10 times. Works the abs and the quads at the same time (time saver tip)
After that I did straight leg deadlifts. 27kg barbell...about 10 reps 2 sets
And then, I did normal deadlifts using the same bar, just a few random times and i dun remember how many times...LOL.
After that I went to do my hamstring curl machine. MY HAMSTRINGS ARE SO SO SO WEAK. Yea...I did 16kgs only. 3 sets. 1st set i did 12 reps. 2nd set i did 6...3rd set i could only do 3/4 reps..hahah..I will train more!
I did the hamstrings and I went to the tricep pushdown machine. did 30kg, 10 reps 3 sets
Done with that, i did the adductor and abductor machine. Did I think a 36 for adductor and 50 for abductor. 10 reps 2 sets
I went back to the hamstring curls, did a few random more and the glutes machine. Did just a few for fun. Whatever weight was on top. hahaha.
After that i went back to the tricep machine. Did 1 set of 30kgs 10 reps.
Pull ups were next. did about 10reps. But play cheat one...hahahaha...i was only lifting 30% of my body weight.
Remaining ones were not worth mentioning..cause it was just me doing splits, and doing some rolling and ducking.
BUT DUN PLAY PLAY HOR. I'm tired!!!!!!
