I am gonna head to the gym from about 8pm. Gonna do this:
Static Stretching 5 mins
Bicep curls 5kg 20 reps 3 sets
Tricep work: 5kg 20 reps 3 sets
Back extension: never really tried but shall do it today
Romanian Squats 10kg, 15 reps, 3 sets
Lunges carrying 5kg in each hand 20 reps 3 sets
Crunches 100reps 5 sets
